In an exclusive interview, CEO Jürgen Schröer explains the rationale behind these decisions. Robert Bürkle uses the new SRCI interface to program Yaskawa robots directly in the PLC and thus meet the increasing automation requirements in the industry. The ease of use enables medium-sized companies in particular to integrate robots without in-depth programming knowledge, which speeds up commissioning and compensates for a shortage of skilled workers. Thanks to the close cooperation with Yaskawa and the use of digital twins, Bürkle has already successfully integrated several robots into its production systems and plans to expand the technology further.

Robert Bürkle GmbH has changed its sales partner in Denmark and is now working together with HOMAG Danmark A/S in the field of woodworking machines. HOMAG Danmark A/S has extensive market knowledge and a strong sales network, which should contribute to Bürkle's increased market presence in Denmark. Robert Bürkle GmbH is optimistic about the future and expects sustainable growth through this strategic partnership.

Robert Bürkle GmbH has announced a strategic realignment of its subsidiary Bürkle North America Inc (BNA), including the sale of its Schmoll machinery trading business and the appointment of Andy Turner as its new CEO. These steps are part of a comprehensive initiative to strengthen BNA for long-term growth and expand its presence in the North American market. The realignment includes an intensified focus on the sale of Bürkle's own machines and systems as well as the expansion of the service offering. The goal is to better meet the needs of the market and further expand Bürkle's position as a leading supplier of surface and lamination technology.

Robert Bürkle GmbH has restructured itself in August 2023 and divided into four independent divisions in order to react more efficiently to customer requirements. In the future, the new divisions will be managed by Marco Schaible (PCB), Kai P. Treuner (PV, Glass & Plastic Cards), Matthias Picker (Surface/Woodworking) and on an interim basis by Dr. Arno Rogalla (Automation, Insulation, Doors, Parquet).

New promising digitalization solutions and innovative solutions from the portfolio will be in focus. Another highlight will be the field of spray coating.

Despite the pandemic, the caravanning industry recorded the best half-year in its history. In the first 6 months, a total of 15.4% more motorhomes and caravans were registered than in the first half of 2020. Motorhomes even increased by 23% compared to the same period last year. The industry's order books are full, delivery times long. The Freudenstadt-based system manufacturer Robert Bürkle GmbH is benefiting from this. Caravan floors, roofs and side walls are produced with a large throughfeed press from Bürkle.
