The RCP-M is the high-performance solution for the single-sided application of filler compounds to flat workpieces. Thanks to its particularly robust design and specially engineered application units, the machine reliably processes high-viscosity materials while ensuring uniform application and an optimally smoothed surface—ideal for demanding continuous-production filling processes.
Flexible System Configuration
The combination machine is designed for operation either with material recirculation or as a closed system. The material is supplied from above, enabling a continuous and controlled material feed. An integrated level-monitoring system also ensures reliable control of the material flow within the system.
Removable Conveyor Unit
The machine features an integrated conveyor unit that can be removed separately for easy handling. Mechanical belt tracking via a V-guide ensures that the conveyor belt is guided safely and precisely during operation.
Precise Height Adjustment
The working clearance is adjusted using motorized precision screw jacks, enabling highly accurate adaptation to different production requirements. This allows the required clearance height to be set precisely and adjusted with full reproducibility.
