Automatic Conveyor Belt
The automatic conveyor belt is used to feed the workpieces to the cleaning station in a controlled manner. It ensures a steady flow of material and positions the parts optimally for the subsequent brushing process.
Brushing Unit
After being automatically fed into the system, the workpieces pass through a cleaning unit to remove any dust and dirt from their surfaces. With their surfaces now clean, the workpieces then pass through the BÜRKLE ROBUSeco spray coating machine, where they can be coated.

Automatic Unstacking with Tray Carts
After passing through the ROBUSeco spray coating machine, the coated workpieces are stacked onto the tiers of the rack cart by the stacking device. To dry the workpieces, the rack cart is moved, for example, into a drying chamber and, in the case of double-sided coating, positioned behind the loading device for the second pass.
