The use of two servo axes enables precise and dynamic control of the spray gun movement. Even at high oscillation speeds, the guns are guided with a high degree of accuracy. This contributes to the uniform application of the coating material and ensures a stable coating process.
Flexible Integration of Colour-Change and Multi-Component Systems
The system can be configured to incorporate automated colour changes, allowing different coating materials to be processed efficiently. Multi-component systems can also be integrated, enabling several components, such as coating material and hardener, to be mixed and processed under controlled conditions. This broadens the range of applications and increases flexibility within the production process.
