Multilayer press line without cold presses

Besides lines with cold presses, systems with a simple heating and cooling unit are the most important production types on the market. For this reason, our line, which is tailored to customer-specific requirements, uses hydraulic vacuum presses with a heating and cooling unit. Fast, simple and reliable, the entire lamination process is thus reproduced in one press.

Multilayer vacuum press LAMV 1500

On a format of 670 x 760 mm, our vacuum press LAMV 150 achieves a pressing force of up to 1500 kN. Precisely matched to the production of multilayer circuits, these are both laminated and cooled down to ambient temperature (40°C) in the LAMV.

Heating / cooling unit

The heating and cooling units ensure reliable temperatures throughout the production cycle. In this line concept, for example, for up to 300°C in the heating process and for 40°C in the recooling process.

Charging/ discharging storage

The charging and discharging storage units simplify the provision of the batches for the carriage. The storage units are filled with the product packages to be pressed and the laminated workpieces are removed via motor-driven lifting tables.

Loading/unloading trolley BRK

Equipped with a reversing feeder, the carriage ensures automatic loading and unloading of the presses and storage racks. For simple maintenance work, the carriage is easily accessible via a stair with platform on the side.

Multilayer press line with secondary heating circuit

For the production of multilayers in large volumes, BÜRKLE customers need reliable and powerful systems. Our system concept with secondary heating circuit addresses precisely these factors and, unlike other systems, offers active re-cooling to 40°C. High-quality multilayers can be laminated fully automatically around the clock on 12 tiers in three hot and two cold presses.

Despite forces of up to 5000 kN, our press technology ensures maximum reliability in terms of production quality and quantity. The format is customized according to product and process requirements. In this case to 1200 x 1300mm.

In order to increase the line capacity and save energy, this concept relies on two powerful BÜRKLE cold presses. The water-cooled presses cool the end products down to the target temperature, while the hot presses can already laminate a new batch.
