easyLAM SL single-level laminator: Small to medium batch production for glass backsheet modules

Our proven easyLAM concept is characterized by a single-level laminator that is ideal for small to medium production capacities for glass backsheet modules. The patented short lamination process is unique on the market and enables our customers to achieve fast single-stage lamination with higher process temperatures and shorter lamination times than conventional lamination processes.

easyLAM VFF single-level laminator: Small to medium series production for glass-glass modules

With the single-level design of our easyLAM VFF, we offer an ideal concept for small to medium series production. The fastest two-stage lamination process for glass-glass modules and glass backsheet modules is based on a vacuum membrane press in the first step and concludes lamination with a flat press heated on both sides. Compared to the SL process, throughput times are considerably reduced, which in turn significantly increases capacity.
High volume production

YPSATOR SL multi-level laminator: Medium to high-volume production for glass backsheet modules

The simultaneous lamination of several modules on each floor means that our YPSATOR SL PV laminator has a higher energy efficiency and production capacity than conventional laminators. The short lamination process developed and patented by us is characterized by higher process temperatures and shorter lamination times compared to conventional lamination processes.

YPSATOR VFF multi-level laminator: Medium to large-scale production for glass-glass modules

Our patented multi-level system is also available with the VFF process. Compared to single-level laminators, our Ypsator VFF offers greater energy efficiency and production capacity thanks to the simultaneous lamination of several modules on several floors. With the vacuum flat-flat process, we supply the most powerful laminator on the market in terms of production capacity per square meter of floor space.

The YPSATOR VFF is supplied with production material via an upstream belt conveyor. The multi-day charging basket then forms a batch with the production material supplied by the infeed conveyor before it is transferred to the vacuum press. A membrane changing system is installed above the infeed conveyor to speed up the membrane change.

In the first of the three multi-daylight presses, the product buildups are first evacuated via the vacuum function to remove the laying air between the layers. The product is then efficiently and quickly prelaminated via contact heat transfer.

The second heated flat press completes the lamination of the product buildups. Also in this step, fast lamination and best possible efficiency are achieved via contact heat transfer. The edge overpressing that occurs with other systems is already excluded in advance via the BÜRKLE flat press system.

Cold press
The cooling press is used for controlled cooling of the laminated product buildups. Possible product defects that can occur during cooling are prevented by the flat press and ensure reliable and constant production quality. When thermoplastic films are used, the flat press also ensures the necessary curing.
Separation of the batches
Separation of the batches
Similar to the loading of the line, a final loading basket is installed downstream of the cold press. The basket takes over the entire module batch and separates it for the following belt conveyor, which transfers the products to the downstream production processes.
