Versatile Solution for Demanding Laminating Applications

The PUR hotmelt multi-line is the high-performance system for laminating with PUR hotmelt adhesive. Designed to meet exacting quality and performance requirements, it combines powerful production capabilities with an intuitive operating concept. The PUR multi line is suitable for all batch sizes. Its combination of different automation solutions and operating modes makes it the ideal solution for PUR hotmelt laminating at higher production volumes.

High Production Capacity for a Wide Range of Materials

The line is specifically designed for higher production capacities and can process both sheet and roll materials.

Flexible Lay-Up Area for Different Material Orientations

The line features a flexible lay-up area that allows the facing material to be positioned either longitudinally or transversely to the direction of travel.

Modular and Flexibly Expandable Design

Thanks to its modular design, the line offers a wide range of expansion options and can be extensively adapted to meet different production requirements.

High-performance laminating with the PUR Multiline

Automated feeding

Via a laterally movable vacuum portal, the workpieces are automatically placed from a workpiece stack onto the alignment roller conveyor. The panels then pass through the double-sided cleaning unit consisting of a circular brush unit and a sword brush unit.

Lay-up area

The glued wood-based panels can be laminated in the lay-up area on up to 4 different foil feed options as required. The user is thus free to choose the most convenient feed for each product and material.

Automatic stacking or turning

For high-gloss optics and completely cleaned workpieces, another Sword Brush can be used before destacking. Afterwards, destacking takes place via a vacuum turning arm, which either turns the products by 180° for a second pass or destacks them finally.
