Apprenticeship at BÜRKLE Mastholte

BÜRKLE Mastholte has been training a wide variety of industrial professions for almost 50 years. Among others, mechatronics and electronics technicians. An interesting and perspective-open career path opens up for the trainees at the location, which extends from production to sales or other branches of the company. To this end, we at BÜRKLE offer all employees the best opportunities for further training and professional development.

Electronics technicians for automation technology analyze functional correlations and process sequences of automated systems and design modifications or expansions. They install and adjust electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic drive systems and install measurement, control and regulation equipment. In the process, they assemble, configure, program and adjust sensor systems, operating systems, bus systems and networks. They connect the installed components to complex automation equipment, which they integrate into an overall system. After test runs, they hand over the systems and instruct the future operators on how to use them. In addition, electronics technicians for automation technology monitor and maintain automation systems. With the help of test software and diagnostic systems, they locate, analyze and eliminate faults.

Industrial mechanics organise and control production processes and ensure that machines and manufacturing systems are ready for operation. They build machines or entire manufacturing systems, install and network them and put them into operation. If their focus is on production technology, they set up and convert machines and control manufacturing processes. The maintenance and repair of production facilities and technical systems is also part of their job. To do this, they select test equipment, determine the causes of malfunctions and, for example, replace defective components or wearing parts, check bearings and retighten screws. If necessary, they also produce spare parts themselves with the help of CNC machines. Furthermore, they hand over technical systems and products to customers and instruct them in their operation.
