In order to ensure ethically sound and legally compliant conduct within our company, we have established an external reporting office in the form of this whistleblower system. It serves to clarify and prevent violations.
All employees as well as our business partners (suppliers, customers, etc.) have the opportunity to report suspected violations of laws, the Code of Conduct, and internal guidelines.
On this secure whistleblower platform, you can submit a new report or log in to existing reports to view our responses or continue communication.

Authorized Persons
All employees as well as our business partners (suppliers, customers, etc.) are entitled to submit reports.
Providing Contact Details
The clarification of a violation may in some cases be more effective if you provide your contact details. Your identity will generally not be disclosed to anyone other than the report handler, their team, and the relevant departments or bodies involved without your explicit consent.
Exceptions may apply in particular in the context of official investigations or court proceedings.
Confidentiality
Initially, only the external report handler and their team will receive knowledge of your report and will accompany the key steps of the clarification process. Unauthorized employees will not have access to your report. All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Purpose of the System
The whistleblower system is intended exclusively for receiving reports of violations of laws, the Code of Conduct, or internal policies.
For general complaints or questions regarding projects and orders handled by us, please contact our general contact address or your known contact person.
Truthful Information
Please submit reports only if you are certain that the facts you provide are true. Knowingly false statements or incorrect allegations must not be reported, as the reporting person may otherwise be liable to prosecution.
If in doubt, please clearly mark your report as a suspicion or as a statement made by a third party.
Processing Timeframes
After your report has been received, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days.
Within a maximum of three months after receiving the report, you will receive feedback regarding planned or already implemented follow-up measures and the reasons for these measures (e.g. internal investigations).
If you have provided your email address, you will also be informed about the current status of the process by email.
Anonymous Reports
Only reports submitted with the name of the reporting person will be processed with the involvement of the reporting person. Anonymous reports will not be pursued.
Protection of Reporting Persons
Reporting persons, as well as the identity of persons mentioned in the report, must be protected – particularly from retaliation such as intimidation, damage to reputation, or dismissal.
Archiving of Reports
All reports are centrally archived and can only be accessed by the internal reporting office and, if necessary, by the management.
The following email address has been set up for the digital reporting of violations:
